Description

Casa May is a beautiful newly refurbished town house with swimming pool in the wonderful little village of Selva within walking distance of the main square with it’s bars and restaurants. The spacious house comes with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

There is a roof top terrace with lounge furniture that offers amazing views of the surrounding mountains, the at nights beautifully lit church of Selva and even the bay of Alcudia.

The pool, clorine, is nice and refreshing during the warmer months. There are 4 sunbeds and there is a little covered terrace at the back of the garden with a lounge sofa overlooking the swimming pool. Next to the outdoor lounge area there is an outdoor bathroom.
When entering the house you will find a bathroom on your left hand side. Furthermore, on the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen with dining area. For the colder months there is a fire place. The lounge area offers a lovely and cozy sofa and a smart TV.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and one with two twin beds. There are two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite and offers a separate shower and bath tub.
Next to the kitchen there is a terrace with dining table and a barbecue to enjoy al fresco dinners during warm summer nights.
Selva is a lovely authentic Spanish village located on the skirt of the Tramuntana mountain range offering a great starting point for hikes and bike adventures. 

PS: There are many little steps inside the house which provide a lot of charm to the place but might not be perfect for families with very young children or elderly guests.
