The minimum rental period for our homes is 7 nights unless otherwise stated.

For all our villas with a private swimming pool the pools are open from the end of March until late October. Villas with a heated swimming pool can be used all year round.

All of our villas and apartments provide bed linen and towels without extra costs. Beach towels are not always provided, to make sure please contact us.
 

We will send you the directions to the house after we receive the full payment of the rent. In case you have booked a house where the balance of the rent should be paid on arrival you will receive the arrival information 4 weeks before your arrival. The House Mallorca villa manager or the homeowner will welcome you on arrival.
 

In case of any questions please contact House Mallorca or your villa manager. Our phone number and email address will be send to you together with the arrival information before your arrival.
 

On the day of arrival you can check-in between 16.00hrs and 20.00hrs. On the day the of departure we ask you to check out before 10.00hrs to allow sufficient time for preparation for the next guests.
 

No, our villas and apartments are cleaned by professional cleaners at the end of your stay. This ensures a clean home upon arrival.
 

No, House Mallorca does not offer any travel insurances. We do recommend you purchase a travel insurance, for example with your own insurance company. A Google search with ‘travel insurance’ provides you with many reliable insurance companies.
 

Our cancelation conditions are defined on the second page of the contract. In most cases the deposit will not be refunded. This is why we recommend you to contract a travel insurance. If we can re-rent the accommodation the paid money will be refunded – the administration costs.
 

All information about our villas and apartments is available on our website. We do not have a printed brochure. Online we can provide more information the homes and update changes quickly.
 

All bookings confirmed are asked to please contact House Mallorca to see what the possibilties are.

Bookings confirmed from April 1st, 2020 onwards automatically have an adapted cancelation policy: If there is a negative travel advise from the WHO (World Health Organization) or there are no flights operating you can cancel your booking without any repercussions. This means that any paid money will be refunded or you can change the dates of your booking without paying administration costs.

Basically, all homes are suitable for children. If a house is less suitable for small children we will let you know when you enquire.

There are a number of homes suitable for wheelchairs. However, most homes are unsuitable for wheelchairs because the traditional Mallorcan houses have many different levels and narrow stairs.
 

Unfortunately pets are not allowed in our villas and apartments.
